摘要
随着我国经济及工业现代化高速发展,资源化综合利用已成为生产和发展的重要条件之一,对油泥的无害化处理的需求变得尤为迫切。油泥热解产生热解油中的挥发性物质的扩散不仅造成资源浪费,也会在空气中散发出难闻气味,所以油泥热解过程的异味控制技术显得尤为重要。该文综述了当下异味的检测手段以及异味处理技术的现状,梳理了其他一些新型的异味物质控制技术,并展望了异味物质控制技术的发展方向,为异味物质控制实现油泥绿色资源化利用提供理论依据。
With the rapid development of China's economy and industrial modernization,comprehensive utilization of resources has become one of the important conditions for production and development,and the demand for harmless treatment of oil sludge has become particularly urgent.The proliferation of volatile substances in the pyrolysis oil produced by sludge pyrolysis not only causes waste of resources,but also emits unpleasant odor in the air,so the odor control technology of oil sludge pyrolysis process is particularly important.The paper summarizes the detection means of odor and the current status of odor treatment technologies,combs through some other new odor control technologies,and looks forward to the development direction of odor control technologies,which provides a theoretical basis for odor control and realizing the green resource utilization of oil sludge.
