摘要
过氧乙酸为软式内镜处理的常用消毒剂之一,对科室的安全运行与高效运转起到重要的作用。随着内镜临床应用需求的日益增加,对内镜清洗消毒的要求也趋于严格。本文就过氧乙酸在国内外软式内镜处理中的使用情况和感染控制问题,结合近期和既往的研究,从有效浓度、运行温度、接触时间和对生物膜的清洗效果4个方面总结并提出了相关建议,为提高软式内镜复用后处理的质量、避免感染控制的相关风险、助力科室高质量发展、推动清洗消毒标准严格化和规范化提供参考。
Peracetic acid,as one of the commonly used disinfectants for flexible endoscope reprocessing,plays a crucial role in the safe and efficient operation of the department.With the increasing demand for clinical application of endoscopes,the requirements for cleaning and disinfection of endoscopes have become more stringent.This paper summarizes the use of peroxyacetic acid in the treatment of flexible endoscopes at home and abroad and the problem of infection control,combining recent and past studies,and puts forward relevant recommendations from four aspects:effective concentration,operating temperature,contact time,and cleaning effect on biofilms,which provide references for improving the quality of fiexible endoscopes after reuse,avoiding the risk of infection control,contributing to the quality development of the department,and promoting the standard of cleaning and disinfection.
