摘要
休闲康养小镇建设发展作为银发经济的重要构成部分,具备广阔前景和巨大市场潜力。从休闲康养小镇的概念入手,深入剖析休闲康养小镇发展的时代背景及政策导向,分析南通建设休闲康养小镇的基础、成绩及问题,提出加强顶层设计,利用资源优势,挖掘地方特色,注重融合发展,坚持多业态推进,做好人文管理的发展路径。
The construction and development of leisure and health towns,as an important component of the silver economy,have broad development prospects and huge market potential.Starting from the concept of leisure and health towns,this paper delves into the era background and policy orientation,analyzes the foundation,current situation,and problems of building leisure and health towns in Nantong,then proposes the approach of strengthening top-level design,utilizing resource advantages,tapping into local characteristics,emphasizing integrated development,adhering to the promotion of multiple formats,and carrying out humanistic management well.
