空压站绿色低碳数字化转型策略——以某高铁制造企业为例

摘要 我国力争2030年前实现碳达峰,2060年前实现碳中和,节能增效是实现“双碳目标”最直接、最有效、最经济的手段,是企业实现高质量发展的有效途径。压缩空气作为一种清洁、方便的动力能源被广泛应用于大型制造企业。本文以某高铁制造企业为例,详细分析了传统空压站运行中存在的问题,提出了数字化转型的策略,并展示了数字化改造后的实际效益。研究表明,数字化转型不仅提升了空压站的运行效率,还显著降低了能耗,为企业节能降耗提供了有效途径,对其他企业实施能源管理和实现节能降耗具有借鉴意义。 China strives to achieve the peak of carbon by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2060.Energy saving and efficiency improvement is the most direct,effective and economical means to achieve the"Dual Carbon Goal",and it is an effective way for enterprises to achieve high-quality development.As a clean and convenient power energy,compressed air is widely used in large manufacturing enterprises.Taking a high-speed rail manufacturing enterprise as an example,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the operation of the traditional air compressor station in detail,puts forward the strategy of digital transformation,and shows the actual benefits after the digital transformation.The research shows that digital transformation not only improves the operation efficiency of air compressor station,but also significantly reduces energy consumption,provides an effective way for enterprises to save energy and reduce consumption,and is of reference significance for other enterprises to implement energy management and achieve energy saving and consumption reduction.
