摘要
目的分析互动达标理论主导的综合护理对老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)心绞痛患者生活质量的影响。方法简单随机选取2021年6月—2023年2月聊城市第二人民医院收治的80例老年冠心病心绞痛患者为研究对象,根据不同护理方法分为两组。观察组(n=40)行互动达标理论主导的综合护理,对照组(n=40)行常规护理。比较两组患者的心理状况、生活质量以及护理满意度。结果干预后,观察组焦虑量表评分和抑郁量表评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。干预后,观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度为97.50%(39/40),高于对照组的80.00%(32/40),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.507,P<0.05)。结论对老年冠心病心绞痛患者开展互动达标理论主导的综合护理,可有效改善患者的心理状态问题,提高生活质量,提高护理满意度。
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing guided by interactive standard theory on the quality of life of elderly patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris admitted to Liaocheng Second People's Hospital from June 2021 to Febru⁃ary 2023 were simply and randomly selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods.The observation group(n=40)received comprehensive nursing dominated by interactive standard theory,and the control group(n=40)received routine nursing.The psychological status,quality of life and nursing sat⁃isfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of anxiety scale and the score of de⁃pression scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statisti⁃cally significant(both P<0.05).After intervention,the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the obser⁃vation group was 97.50%(39/40),which was higher than 80.00%(32/40)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.507,P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing of elderly patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris guided by interactive standard theory can effectively improve the psychological state of patients,improve the quality of life and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
