摘要
现代化制造行列中,3D打印技术是应用高频的一种技术手段,其促使工业产品的设计理念实现创新改进,短时间内便能准确制造复杂的产品。主要围绕工业产品的设计展开,基于3D打印技术,细化分析技术的特点,针对产品的设计模块结构进一步分析模块化流程,结合产品概念模型的制作、打印技术参数的计算等维度探究工业产品设计要点,提升设计的数字化水平。
In the field of modern manufacturing,3D printing technology is a high-frequency technology that promotes innovative and improved design concepts for industrial products,enabling accurate manufacturing of complex products in a short period of time.This article mainly focuses on the design of industrial products.Based on 3D printing technology,the characteristics of the technology are analyzed in detail.The modular process is further analyzed for the design module structure of the product,and the key points of industrial product design are explored through dimensions such as the production of product conceptual models and the calculation of printing technical parameters,in order to improve the digital level of design.
