摘要
以解决加工直径细小孔断钻头的问题为研究主题,通过对单散件加工过程中工艺更改的情况进行研究来优化产品生产过程,并简化产品结构,提高产品性价比。钻头作为加工过程中至关重要的工具,其性能对加工效率和产品质量有着重要影响。对钻头的材料选取、结构设计以及切削润滑方式进行分析,并提出改进方案,以提高其耐磨性和加工性能。
This paper will solve the problem of small hole broken drill bit as the research topic,through the single piece processing process changes in the process of research to optimize the production process,and simplify the product structure,improve the cost-effectiveness of products.As a key tool in machining process,the performance of bit has a great influence on machining efficiency and product quality.The material selection,structure design and cutting lubrication mode of the drill are analyzed,and the improvement scheme is put forward to improve its wear resistance and machining performance.
