大采高综放工作面支架侧护板导致的歪架问题研究

摘要 在大型综放采煤工作面中,支架使用过程会出现歪架问题,支架歪架问题对综放工作面的稳定性和生产效率造成了严重的影响。为满足提高产量和加大采高的需求,10303工作面采用了ZF10000/23/45D电液支架,该支架比ZFS7200/20/40型支架重8 t,侧护板推力增加60 kN,采高从3.3 m提升至3.6 m。然而,在采用这套新型支架的开采初期,工作面出现了严重的歪架现象,对生产造成了严重影响。经过总结和分析,发现主要原因是支架侧护板的设计。 In the large full-mechanized caving coal face,there will be the problem of crooked frame in the use of the support,which has a serious impact on the stability and production efficiency of the full-mechanized caving face.In order to meet the needs of increasing production and mining height,the 10303 working face adopts the ZF10,000/23/45D electro-hydraulic support,which is 8 tons heavier than the ZFS7200/20/40 support,the side guard thrust is increased by 60 kN,and the mining height is increased from 3.3 meters to 3.6 meters.However,in the initial stage of mining with this new type of support,the working face has a serious distortion phenomenon,which has a serious impact on production.After summary and analysis,it is found that the main reason is the design of the side protection plate of the support.Through this case.
