摘要
基于卷积神经网络(CNN)的单级光伏并网逆变器积分滑模控制方法,可提升积分滑模控制效果。通过构建单级光伏并网逆变器状态方程,获取逆变器输出数据;利用自适应正则化系数,优化CNN训练时的损失函数,避免过拟合;在CNN输入层内输入逆变器输出数据,通过卷积层提取逆变器故障特征,利用池化层二次提取特征,通过全连接层输出逆变器故障估计数据;依据故障估计数据选择滑模面,通过选择的滑模面设计积分滑模控制器,获取动态补偿律,完成逆变器积分滑模控制。实验证明:该方法可精准估计逆变器故障数据,有效实现逆变器积分滑模控制,控制后的电压波形可迅速恢复到正常状态,过渡期未出现畸变情况,抗扰动性能较优。在不同电阻与电感参数不确定概率时,该方法具备较优的控制鲁棒性。
The integrated sliding mode control method of single stage PV grid-connected inverter based on convolutional neural network(CNN)improves the integrated sliding mode control effect.By constructing the state equation of a single-stage grid-connected PV inverter,the output data of the inverter is obtained.The adaptive regularization coefficient is used to optimize the loss function of CNN training to avoid overfitting.Input inverter output data into the CNN input layer,extract inverter fault characteristics through the convolution layer,use the pooling layer to extract features twice,and output inverter fault estimation data through the fully connected layer.The integrated sliding mode controller is designed based on the selected sliding mode surface and the dynamic compensation law is obtained to complete the integrated sliding mode control of the inverter.Experimental results show that the method can accurately estimate the fault data of inverter.The inverter integral sliding mode control can be realized effectively,the voltage waveform can be quickly restored to the normal state after control,no distortion occurs in the transition period,and the anti-disturbance performance is better.The proposed method has better control robustness under different uncertainty probabilities of resistance and inductance parameters.
