摘要
新发展格局下,数字经济已成为城市高质量发展的重要支撑。文章采用2011—2022年我国279个城市的面板数据,实证考察了数字经济对城市高质量发展的影响,结果显示:(1)数字经济能够有效促进城市高质量发展,并且对东部、中部城市高质量发展的影响更显著,对西部城市高质量发展的影响不显著;(2)提升城市人才数字素养、扩张金融市场规模是数字经济推动城市高质量发展的有效路径;(3)人才数字素养使数字经济对城市高质量发展产生了边际效应递增的非线性影响,而金融市场规模则使其产生了边际效应递减的非线性影响。
Under the new development pattern,digital economy has become an important support for high-quality urban development.This paper uses the panel data of 279 cities in China from 2011 to 2022 to empirically examine the impact of digital economy on high-quality urban development.The results go as below:(1)Digital economy can effectively promote high-quality urban development,and the impact on the high-quality development of eastern and central cities is more significant,but the impact on the high-quality development of western cities is not significant.(2)Improving the digital literacy of urban talents and expanding the scale of financial markets are effective paths for digital economy to promote high-quality urban development.(3)The talent digital literacy has led to a non-linear impact of increasing marginal effects of digital economy on the high-quality urban development,while the scale of financial markets has led to a non-linear impact of decreasing marginal effects.
