摘要
目的探讨麦芪苈汤联合穴位贴敷治疗老年性肺心病的疗效。方法选择2021年5月~2022年10月于张家口市中医院住院治疗的60例老年性肺心病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,按照治疗方式的不同将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用麦芪苈汤联合穴位贴敷疗法进行治疗。比较两组患者的中医证候积分、心功能分级、凝血功能、免疫功能、住院时间及治疗后6个月内复发率。结果治疗后14 d,两组患者的中医证候积分均低于治疗前,且观察组患者的中医证候积分低于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的心功能分级优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=21.337,P<0.05)。观察组患者的IgA、IgG和IgM水平均高于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.494,P<0.001);观察组患者的6个月复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.630,P=0.031)。结论麦芪苈汤联合穴位贴敷治疗老年肺心病,可明显降低肺心病复发率,改善患者的临床症状,快速改善心功能分级,减少住院天数,改善体质、增强免疫功能,减少抗生素耐药和肠道菌群紊乱。
Objective To observe the curative effect of Maiqili decoction combined with acupoint application on senile pulmonary heart disease.Methods A total of 60 inpatients who met the criteria in the hospital from May 2021 to October 2022 were selected and divided into 2 groups by different treatment methods:observation group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the observation group was added with Maiqili decoction combined with acupoint application therapy on the basis of treatment in the control group.TCM syndromes scores,cardiac function grading,coagulation function,immune function,intestinal flora,hospital stay and recurrence rate within 6 months were compared between the two groups.Results At 14 days after treatment,TCM syndromes scores in 2 groups were significantly decreased,and the scores were lower in the observation group(P<0.05).The cardiac function level was better in the observation group(P<0.05).After treatment,the immune function indicators were increased in both groups,and the observation group had better indicators(P<0.05).The hospital stay in the observation group was shorter,and the 6-month recurrence rate was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Maiqili decoction combined with acupoint application for senile pulmonary heart disease can significantly reduce the recurrence rate of pulmonary heart disease,improve clinical symptoms,quickly improve cardiac function grading,reduce hospital stay,improve constitution,enhance immune function,and reduce antibiotic resistance and intestinal flora disorder.
