摘要
为确定输油气管道异型B型套筒可修复缺陷的合理尺寸范围,并确定B型套筒的最佳结构参数方案,采用有限元方法,针对Φ508 mm管道建立了4种异型套筒构型。采用数值模拟方法验证不同构型设计的适用性,并基于应力分析结果给出了异型B型套筒优选方案。结果表明,直线导角型和椭圆曲线型异型套筒应力分布结果最优,考虑到加工精度及参数检测难度,优先推荐直线导角型异型套筒的工程应用。
In order to determine the reasonable size range of the special type B sleeve of the oil and gas transportation pipeline that can be repaired,and determine the best structural parameter scheme of the B sleeve,the finite element method was used to analyze and establish four different shaped sleeve configurations forφ508mm pipe.The applicability of different configuration designs was verified by numerical simulation.And based on the stress analysis results,the optimal selection scheme of the special type B sleeve was given.The results show that the stress distribution results of linear angle guide sleeve and elliptic curve guide sleeve are the best.Considering the machining accuracy and the difficulty of parameter detection,the engineering application of linear angle guide sleeve is recommended.
