摘要
向高炉喷吹煤粉成为钢铁行业共识,但筛选出最适合高炉喷吹用的煤粉对高炉低碳高效冶炼至关重要。通过对某公司常用喷吹煤资源的冶金性能进行了系统性的实验研究和分析,揭示了其常用喷吹煤资源冶金性能特点,并从冶金性能角度提出了对各煤种的使用建议。
It has become an industry consensus to inject pulverized coal into blast furnaces.It is necessary to explore the injection of pulverized coal that is highly compatible with blast furnaces.The metallurgical properties of common coal injection resources in a company are systematically studied and analyzed.The metallurgical properties of common coal injection resources are revealed,and suggestions for the use of various types of coal are proposed from the perspective of metallurgical properties,which are mutually verified with the actual production of blast furnaces.
