低压对绞型LSZH软电线阻燃性能的挤出工艺优化

Optimization of Extrusion Process for Flame Retardant Performance of Low-Voltage Twisted LSZH Flexible Wires

摘要 相对于普通低压单芯低烟无卤(LSZH)电线,低压对绞型LSZH软电线阻燃性能的设计和控制难度较高。在结构合理设计、材料精心选择、敷设方式综合考虑的基础上,该电线的绝缘挤出工艺控制成为影响阻燃性能的关键。通过对不同挤出方式(挤压式、挤管式和半挤压式)制作的电线的单根垂直燃烧和成束燃烧试验结果分析和内部结构解剖观察发现,挤出方式对电线成束燃烧阻燃性能有较大影响,且各挤出方式均存在对阻燃性能不利因素。对此,优化半挤压式模具结构(即改进材料流道和挤出角度、设计管状流道和紧压流道),保证挤出绝缘密实、厚度均匀、偏心率较小,从而提高电线成束燃烧阻燃性能和物理性能稳定性。该电线的绝缘挤出工艺优化过程和方案可为同类产品阻燃性能提高提供参考。 Compared to ordinary low-voltage single core LSZH wires,the design and control of the flame retardant performance of low-voltage twisted LSZH flexible wires are more difficult.On the basis of reasonable structural design,careful selection of materials,and comprehensive consideration of laying methods,the insulation extrusion process control of the wire has become the key factor affecting its flame retardant performance.Through the analysis of single vertical combustion and bundle combustion test results and internal structure anatomical observation of wires made by different extrusion methods(extrusion,tube-extrusion,and semi-extrusion),it is found that extrusion methods have a significant impact on the flame retardancy of wire bundle combustion,and each extrusion method has adverse factors on the flame retardancy.In this regard,the structure of the semi-extrusion mold is optimized(i.e.improving the material flow channel and extrusion angle,designing the tubular flow channel and compression flow channel)to ensure dense insulation,uniform thickness,and small eccentricity during extrusion,thereby improving the bundle combustion flame retardancy and physical performance stability of the wires.The optimization process and plan of the insulation extrusion process for the wire can provide reference for improving the flame retardant performance of similar products.
