摘要
针对增强现实辅助装配过程中装配引导信息仍需人工手动处理并添加的问题,构建了面向辅助装配的多源信息模型,有效地组织与管理装配引导信息,对获取原始数据源信息、数据库存储信息、辅助装配系统利用信息的全过程进行研究,提升了装配所需的各类信息的管理效率,使得信息模型与辅助装配系统相对独立,能够针对新产品进行灵活快速的装配信息模型构建,无需重新开发新系统,便可对新产品进行定制化开发。并将多源信息模型与移动端系统结合,实现了辅助装配系统自动识别装配步骤、辅助查找装配零件等功能。
Aimed at the problem that assembly guidance information still needed to be manually processed and added in augmented reality assisted assembly process,a multi-source information model for assisted assembly was constructed to effectively organize and manage assembly guidance information.It is studied that the entire process of obtaining raw data source information,database storing information,and utilizing assembly assistance system information,which improved the management efficiency of various types of information required for assembly,and the information model was relatively independent of the assembly assistance system.It allowed flexible and rapid construction of assembly information models for new products without the needs to redevelop a new system to develop new products customarily.Thus we combined multi-source information model with mobile terminal system,which made the auxiliary assembly system to realize the function of automatically identifying assembly procedure,assisted searching assembly parts and so on.
