摘要
[目的]明确云南省景东县规模猪场猪传染性繁殖障碍病的感染情况和发病死亡情况。[方法]对景东县具有代表性的3个规模猪场(景范村罗庚生猪养殖场、文龙三岔河李忠鼎养猪场、前所银生牧业有限公司杨勇猪场)的猪繁殖与呼吸综合征、猪圆环病毒病(PCVⅡ)、猪伪狂犬病、慢性猪瘟、猪细小病毒病、猪乙型脑炎、猪附红细胞体等传染性繁殖障碍病,进行流行病学调查及血清学检测。[结果]通过2年(2022—2023)的调查和分析发现,由猪繁殖与呼吸综合征、圆环病毒病、伪狂犬病、乙型脑炎、细小病毒、猪瘟、猪附红细胞体病等是引起景东县规模猪场母猪繁殖障碍病的主要病种。猪附红细胞体病、圆环病毒病、伪狂犬病阳性检出率较高,分别为100%、63.73%、20.8%;其次是乙型脑炎、繁殖与呼吸综合征、细小病毒,阳性率分别为14.04%、13.84%、9.88%;猪瘟阳性检出率最低,为5.56%。[结论]通过提高认识,加大宣传,严格检疫,净化淘汰、消毒灭源,加强管理等措施可以有效防控猪繁殖障碍病。
[Objectives]The infection and mortality of infectious reproductive disorders in pigs from large-scale pig farms in Jingdong Yi Autonomous County,Yunnan Province was investigated to propose measures of preventing and treating reproductive disorders in pigs.[Methods]An epidemiological investigation and serological testing of infectious reproductive disorders in pigs including porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome,porcine circovirus disease(PCVⅡ),porcine pseudorabies,chronic swine fever,porcine parvovirus disease,porcine encephalitis B,and porcine erysipelas were conducted on three representative large-scale pig farms in Jingdong Yi Autonomous County including Luogeng Pig Farm in Jingfan Village,Lizhongding Pig Farm in Wenlong Sanchahe,and Yangyong Pig Farm in Qiansuo Yinsheng Animal Husbandry Co.,Ltd.[Results]Through a 2-year(2022—2023)investigation and analysis,it was found that porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome,circovirus disease,pseudorabies,encephalitis,parvovirus,swine fever,and erysipelas were the main diseases causing reproductive disorders in sows in large-scale pig farms in Jingdong Yi Autonomous County.The positive detection rate of porcine eperythrocytic disease,circovirus disease,and pseudorabies was relatively high,at 100%,63.73%,and 20.8%,respectively,followed by encephalitis,reproductive and respiratory syndrome,and parvovirus with positive rate of 14.04%,13.84%,and 9.88%,respectively.The detection rate of swine fever was the lowest,at 5.56%.[Conclusions]Measures including increasing awareness,enhancing publicity,strict quarantine,elimination and disinfection,disinfecting and eliminating sources,and strengthening management can effectively prevent and control reproductive disorders in pigs.
