摘要
针对煤层厚硬顶板回采期间大面积悬顶、垮落时动压显现强烈,造成邻空巷道维护困难等问题,进行了水力压裂切顶护巷技术研究。以红柳煤矿I040201(东)工作面为工程背景,采用理论分析、FLAC^(3D)数值模拟等方法,分析了厚硬顶板水力压裂关键参数对切顶卸压效果的影响,并在201工作面进行了工业性试验。结果表明,当切顶角度为60°且切断顶板以上三层岩体(粗粒砂岩、泥岩和中粒砂岩)时,邻空巷道及保护煤柱所承受集中应力显著减小,留巷应力状态得到改善,研究结果可为类似条件下顶板围岩控制提供借鉴。
In view of the problems of large area hanging arch and strong dynamic pressure appearance during collapse of coal seam thick and hard roof during stoping period,which caused difficulties in maintaining adjacent goaf roadways and others,a study on hydraulic fracturing and roof cutting roadway protection technology is conducted.Taking the Hongliu Coal Mine I040201(East)working face as the engineering background,theoretical analysis,FLAC^(3D) numerical simulation and other methods are used to analyze the influence of key parameters of thick and hard roof hydraulic fracturing on the roof cutting and pressure relief effect,and industrial experiments are conducted on the 201 working face.The results show that when the roof cutting angle is 60°and the three layers of rock mass above the roof(coarse grained sandstone,mudstone,and medium grained sandstone)are cut,the concentrated stress borne by the adjacent goaf roadway and protection coal pillar is significantly reduced,and the stress state of the retained roadway is improved.The research results can provide reference for controlling the surrounding rock of the roof under similar conditions.
