摘要
乡村振兴是国家扶持乡村发展的重要战略,乡村教师作为乡村振兴的主力军,被赋予了振兴乡村的新期待。以乡村教师为对象,运用问卷调查的方法,对S市17个区县14657名在职乡村教师进行调查。结果发现,乡村教师参与乡村振兴的路径以教育教学活动为主,以乡村振兴公益活动为辅。乡村教育的认知、乡村振兴的培训、教育情怀的引领和乡土情怀的坚守是乡村教师参与乡村振兴的主要原因。因此,应拓宽乡村教师参与乡村振兴的渠道、形成正确的乡村教育认知、开展乡村振兴相关培训、培育乡村教师的教育情怀与乡土情怀。
Rural revitalization is an important strategy for the country to support rural development.As the main force of rural revitalization,rural teachers have been given new expectations for rural revitalization.This paper takes rural teachers as the objects,uses the method of questionnaire survey,and 14657 in-service rural teachers in 17 districts and counties of S city were investigated.The results show that the path of rural teachers’participation in rural revitalization is mainly based on education and teaching activities,supplemented by public welfare activities of rural revitalization.The cognition of rural education,the training of rural revitalization,the guidance of educational feelings and the persistence of local feelings are the main reasons for rural teachers to participate in rural revitalization.Therefore,it is necessary to broaden the channels for rural teachers to participate in rural revitalization,form correct rural education cognition,carry out training related to rural revitalization,and cultivate rural teachers’educational feelings and local feelings.
