摘要
【目的】分析数字乡村建设赋能乡村产业振兴的效应与作用机制,厘清数字乡村建设重点任务,完善政策体系,为更好地发挥数字乡村战略促进乡村产业兴旺和推动乡村全面振兴提供参考。【方法】基于2011—2021年我国30个省级面板数据,采用固定效应模型、中介效应模型考察数字乡村建设赋能乡村产业振兴的效应与作用机制。【结果】数字乡村建设对乡村产业振兴具有显著正向推动作用;数字乡村建设的基础设施数字化、生产数字化、流通数字化均能显著赋能乡村产业振兴。数字乡村建设对乡村产业振兴的积极影响呈现从西部、东部、中部递减的态势,且流通数字化显著推动东部地区乡村产业振兴,基础设施数字化和生产数字化显著推动中部地区乡村产业振兴;流通数字化显著推动中部地区乡村产业振兴。数字乡村建设可通过激发农村创业活跃度,促进农村消费升级和提升农民素养来赋能乡村产业振兴。【结论】建议通过实施区域差异化的数字乡村发展战略、营造良好的农村创新创业环境,提升数字技术在农村消费领域的影响力,多渠道多方位提高农民素养,从而更好地发挥数字乡村建设对乡村产业振兴的赋能作用。
[Objective]The effects and mechanism of the rural industry revitalization enabled by digital village construction were analyzed,in order to clarify the key tasks of digital village construction,improve the policy system,better play the digital rural strategy to promote the prosperity of rural industry and promote the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.[Method]Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2011 to 2021,the fixed-effect model and intermediary effect model were used to investigate the effect and mechanism of rural in-dustry revitalization enabled by digital vllage construction.[Result]The digital village construction had a significant positive effect on promo-ting the revitalization of rural industry;the digitalization of infrastructure,production and circulation of digital village construction significant-ly affected revitalization of rural industry.The positive impact of digital village construction on the revitalization of rural industry showed a de-creasing trend from the west,east and central regions,and the digitalization of circulation significantly promoted the revitalization of rural in-dustry in the eastern region,and the digitalization of infrastructure and production significantly promoted the revitalization of rural industry in the central region.The digitalization of circulation had significantly promoted the revitalization of rural industries in central region.The con-struction of digital countryside could revitalize rural industries by stimulating rural entrepreneurial activity,promoting rural consumption up-grading,and improving farmers'literacy.[Conclusion]Some countermeasures including implementation of regional differentiation of digital rural development strategy,creation of good rural innovation and entrepreneurship environment,enhancement of the influence of digital tech-nology in the field of rural consumption,and improvement of farmers'literacy through multiple channels and in multiple directions were put forward,in order to better play the enabling role of d
