摘要
该文深入分析了现代信息技术,如运动生物力学分析系统、虚拟现实训练平台、智能穿戴设备等在青少年田径训练中的应用现状,包括运动生物力学分析、虚拟现实训练、智能穿戴设备等方面。研究结果表明,现代信息技术的应用能够提高青少年田径训练的科学性、针对性和实效性,有助于提升运动员的训练效果和竞技水平。同时也指出了现代信息技术在田径训练中的应用存在的问题,如技术应用成本、教练员的信息化素养等。通过研究,为现代信息技术更好地运用于青少年田径训练环节提供参考意见。
This paper provides an in-depth analysis of the current application situation of modern information technologies,such as sports biomechanics analysis systems,virtual reality training platforms,and smart wearable devices,in youth track and field training,including sports biomechanics analysis,virtual reality training,and smart wearable devices.The resultsof the study showthat the application of modern information technology can improve the science,relevance,and effectiveness of youth track and field training,which helps to enhance the training effectiveness and competitive level of athletes.At the same time,it also pointsout the problems in the application of modern information technology in track and field training,such as the cost of technology application and the information literacy of coaches.Through research,reference opinions areprovided for the better application of modern information technology in youth track and field training.
