深部采区工作面沿空留巷安全开采及工程应用

摘要 结合现有的沿空留巷的技术特点,降低留巷期间顶板预裂切缝影响范围内工作面顶板来压强度,在保证安全开采、技术可行、经济合理的前提下,对万峰煤矿二采区工作面进行开采,通过对比柔模沿空留巷、高水充填材料留巷、切顶卸压沿空留巷的技术特点,在衡量技术适用和经济的因素后,选用切顶卸压沿空留巷开采。通过布设监测点的方式分析留巷围岩的偏移量与顶板压力,总结出采空开挖区四阶段的位移与矿压的变化特征。并且针对该技术提出了采空区的灾害防治措施,提出了采空区漏风特性、自然发火监测监控、自然发火预测预报管理的相关技术方案。 Combined with the existing technical characteristics of goaf retaining roadway,reduce the compressive strength of the working face roof within the influence range of the roof precracking slit during the retaining roadway,and ensure safe mining,technical feasibility and economic rationality,the mining of the working face in the second mining area of Wanfeng coal mine is carried out.By comparing the technical characteristics of flexible mold goaf retention,high water filling material retention and goaf retention,and weighing the factors of technical applicability and economical saving,the goaf retention is selected to mine.The displacement of surrounding rock and roof pressure are analyzed by arranging monitoring points,and the variation characteristics of displacement and ore pressure in four stages of goaf excavation area are summarized.In view of this technology,the disaster prevention measures of goaf are put forward,and the related technical schemes of air leakage characteristics,spontaneous ignition monitoring,spontaneous ignition prediction and management are proposed.
