论《煤矿防治水细则》中的“勘探清楚”问题

摘要 煤炭精准开采,必须详细查明地质条件,尤其是涉及矿井灾害的地质条件,达到“勘探清楚”的程度。针对《煤矿防治水细则》提出的“勘探清楚”等问题,剖析了“勘探清楚”的科学内涵。厘定了“勘探清楚”应查明的内容和定性、定量描述的内容。认为“勘查清楚”应该是在定量划分含水层与隔水层基础上,对含(隔)水层的几何形态清楚、物质组成清楚、内部结构构造清楚、煤层与含(隔)水层空间组合关系清楚、地下水形成与演化机理清楚等。分析了目前煤矿水文地质勘探程度认识的误区,包括“组”与含水层的关系、岩性与含水层的关系、抽水试验层段等误区和问题。以鄂尔多斯盆地直罗组为例,指出了煤矿水文地质勘探中的含水层、隔水层及其识别问题,认为在煤矿生产阶段,应加强钻孔、测井曲线、物探、采掘揭露等探采数据的二次挖掘,加强水文地质补充勘探过程中的专题研究工作。 Precision coal mining requires a detailed investigation of geological conditions,especially those related to mine disasters,to achieve a level of"clear exploration".This article analyzes the scientific connotation of"clear exploration"in response to the issues raised in the"Detailed Rules for Coal Mine Water Prevention and Control".The content that should be identified and the qualitative and quantitative descriptions of the"exploration clarity"have been determined.It is believed that"clear exploration"should be based on the quantitative division of aquifers and aquicludes,with clear geometric shapes,material compositions,internal structures,spatial combinations of coal seams and aquifers,and clear mechanisms for the formation and evolution of groundwater.The current misconceptions were analyzed about the level of hydrogeological exploration in coal mines,including the relationship between formation and aquifers,the relationship between lithology and aquifers,and the misconceptions and problems related to pumping test.Taking the Zhiluo Formation in the Ordos Basin as an example,this paper points out the problems of identifying aquifers and aquicludes in hydrogeological exploration of coal mines.It is believed that in the production stage of coal mines,secondary mining of exploration and mining data such as drilling,logging curves,geophysical prospecting,and mining exposure should be strengthened,and special research work in hydrogeological supplementary exploration should be strengthened.
