摘要
埕海3-2区块经过一期钻探有较好油气发现,后续计划扩建槽口,新部署24口井。为了高效、经济开发埕海3-2区油田,在总结前期地质、工程经验的基础上,通过优化井身结构、钻头优选和个性设计、优化钻具组合、应用长寿命螺杆等提速工具,实现三开“一趟钻”工程,同时优选钻井液体系和适当的钻井液密度,避免井壁失稳坍塌,应用优化后的钻井方案,钻完井周期对比优化前的埕海XX井可缩短7.35 d,提速15.24%。形成的提速优化方案对于解决该区块钻井提速难题具有重大的应用价值和实际意义。
After the first phase of drilling,good oil and gas reservoir is discovered in the Chenghai 3-2(CH 3-2)block.Subsequently,plans are made to expand the slot and construct 24 new wells.For efficient and economic development of the CH 3-2 oilfield,based on previous geological and engineering experience,the“one trip drilling”at the third spud of the wellbore is achieved by optimization of casing program and string assembly,selection and customized design of drill bit,as well as employment of long-life screw and other ROP improvement tools.At the same time,wellbore instability and collapse are avoided by a selected drilling fluid system and appropriate drilling fluid density.With the optimized drilling plan,the drilling to completion period can be shortened by 7.35 days and efficiency can be increased by 15.24%compared to the well before optimization.The optimization plan has significant application value and practical significance for solving the problem of drilling speed improvement in this block.
