摘要
采用浸渍还原法,将Au过渡金属加入铂基催化剂中,制备了具有不同物质的量比的PtAu/CNTs催化剂。利用金属之间的协同作用,改变Pt原子的外层电子性质,降低Pt和中间产物CO的相互作用,提高其催化性能。利用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)等测试手段对催化剂形貌及结构进行分析,并评价其电催化氧化甲醇性能。结果表明,PtAu/CNT(8∶2)催化剂显示出了优异的电催化活性,其电流密度为107.52 mA/cm^(2)远大于Pt/CNTs催化剂的24.67 mA/cm^(2),其活性衰减比率比Pt/CNTs催化剂低12.54%,具有较强的抗中毒能力。
In this experiment,the impregnation reduction method was employed to prepare PtAu/CNTs catalysts with varying molar ratios by incorporating Au transition metals into platinum-based catalysts.By exploiting the synergistic interaction between metals,the electronic properties of Pt atoms'outer shell can be modified,thereby reducing the interaction between Pt and the intermediate product CO and enhancing its catalytic efficiency.Analyze the morphology and structure of the catalyst using scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),and other testing methods,and evaluate its electrocatalytic performance for methanol oxidation.The results showed that the PtAu/CNT(8∶2)catalyst exhibited excellent electrocatalytic activity with a current density of 107.52 mA/cm^(2),which was much higher than the 24.67 mA/cm^(2)of Pt/CNTs catalyst.Its activity decay rate was 12.54%lower than that of Pt/CNTs catalyst,indicating strong anti poisoning ability.
