连铸机结晶器振动精度超差问题的解决

摘要 分析了本钢集团北营炼钢厂6号连铸机结晶器振动超差的原因,通过采取改造振动梁、振动缸梁结构,改进四连杆结构,提高仿弧振动台精度等措施,解决了连铸机结晶器振动超差问题,确保结晶器振动精度达标,避免了漏钢、脱钩等生产事故,确保了炼钢厂方坯品种钢生产质量。 This paper analyzes the causes of out-of-tolerance vibration of No.6 continuous caster in Beiying Steel-making Plant of Benxi Iron and Steel Group Co.,Ltd.By reforming the structure of vibrating beam and vibrating cylinder beam,improving the structure of four-bar mechanism and improving the precision of arc simulation vibration table,the problem of out-of-tolerance vibration of continuous caster is solved,the vibration accuracy of the mold is ensured,the production accidents such as steel breakout and hook disconnection are avoided,and the production quality of billet steel in steel-making plant is ensured.
