摘要
21世纪以来,高校学报在国家针对包括高校学报在内的学术期刊开展的历次改革中不断开阔视野,努力调整办刊思路,在特色栏目建设、专业转型和机制建设等方面进行了多方探索,但面对学术国际化及百年未有之大变局下学术期刊应负的使命,高校学报的能力仍然不足。究其原因是高校学报定位模糊,办刊理念停滞不前,对时代需求不敏感。高校学报应明确自己的功能和定位,高校主管单位宜为高校注入积极办刊的动力,并统筹协调,科学评估,为高校学报确定发展路径,制定有针对性的管理和评估标准,组织辖内学术期刊的经验交流会,方便各高校学报间的经验共享,共同进步。
In the 21st century,local university journals have broaden their horizon in those reforms led off by top level,and marked progress in construction of characteristic columns,transformation of professional journals,strengthening the editorial mechanism.But the ability of local university journal is still not enough,facing the mission burdened by academic journal in background of academic internationalization.The reasons are the position of local university journal is dim,the concept of running journal has been into a flatline,and local university journal is insensitive to times.Local university journal will have a brilliant future if a local university journal clears its position and direction,competent organization of local university should put wind in the sails of local university to run its journal,and determines the development path for local university journal by planning and coordination,and scientific assessment,and set standard of management and assessment to help local university journal enjoy experience and make progress.
