摘要
目的:调查分析基于清单式管理模式的上海市金山区社区卫生服务能力建设成效。方法:收集2022—2023年上海市金山区11家社区卫生服务中心在建设本社区特色品牌、专科、适宜技术和星级家庭医生团队等方面的相关数据,并进行分析。结果:社区卫生服务中心呼吸内科、康复医学科、内分泌科开设比例最高,占比分别为100.00%、100.00%和90.91%;专科负责人职称以主治医师及副主任医师为主,占比均为45.00%;西医类适宜技术中浅表肿物切除、规范注射胰岛素的推广应用、PICC导管维护及其联合社区管理开展比例最高,占比分别为100.00%、90.91%和72.73%;中医类适宜技术中冬病夏治三伏贴防治慢性支气管炎、电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症和温针灸治疗肩关节周围炎开展比例最高,占比分别为90.91%、72.73%和54.55%;星级家庭医生团队高级职称占比为41.27%,2023年签约考核明显优于2022年。结论:上海市金山区对辖区社区卫生服务中心开展清单式管理模式,加强社区特色品牌、专科、适宜技术和星级家庭医生团队建设,社区卫生服务能力显著提升。
OBJECTIVE By exploring the list based management model,to analyzes the effectiveness of improving community health service capabilities.METHODS To collect and analyze the data of 11 community health service centers in Jinshan District of Shanghai from 2022 to 2023 on the construction of their community’s characteristic brand,specialty,appropriate technology and star-rated family doctor team.RESULTS Among the community health service centers,the Respiratory Medicine Department,Rehabilitation Medicine Department,and Endocrinology Department had the highest proportion,accounting for 100.00%,100.00%,and 90.91% respectively.The attending physician and deputy chief physician mainly accounted for 45.00%,and the number of diagnosis and treatment in 2023 was significantly higher than that in 2022.Among the appropriate technologies of western medicine,the promotion and application of superficial tumor resection,standardized insulin injection,PICC catheter maintenance and joint community management were carried out the most,accounting for 100.00%,90.91%and 72.73%,respectively.Among the appropriate technologies of traditional Chinese medicine,the prevention and treatment of chronic bronchitis by summer treatment of winter disease,the prevention and treatment of chronic bronchitis,the treatment of lumbar disc herniation by electric acupuncture and the treatment of shoulder periarthritis by warm acupuncture and moxibustion were carried out the most,accounting for 90.91%,72.73% and 54.55%,respectively.The overall number of people served in 2023 was significantly higher than that in 2022.The proportion of senior professional titles in the star rated family doctor team was 41.27%,and the signing assessment in 2023 was significantly better than that in 2022.CONCLUSION The implementation of the list based management model has promoted the superior hospitals to leverage their advantages in specialties and experts,which can enhance the specialized capabilities,team building,and resource allocation of community health service center
