残余应力对建筑高强H型钢梁柱的承载力影响

摘要 在建筑领域中钢结构的残余应力是一个不可忽视的因素。为研究其对建筑高强H型钢梁柱的承载力影响,首先进行残余应力分析,确定不同轴屈曲时的临界应力。再将钢材本构关系划分为弹性阶段、弹塑性阶段和塑性阶段,分析不同阶段的应力-应变关系。最后将梁截面划分为多个矩形块,根据平截面假定计算加固梁截面曲率,采用积分法求总弯矩,进而构建构件内部残余应力对承载力的影响模型。结果表明:残余应力对建筑高强H型钢梁和柱的影响均在翼缘两端最明显,且残余应力增加,H型钢柱承载力降低,残余应力越大,承载力下降越明显。 In the field of construction,the residual stress of steel structure is a factor that cannot be ignored.In order to study the bearing capacity of high-strength H-shaped steel beams and columns,residual stress analysis was carried out to determine the critical stress in non-coaxial buckling.Then the constitutive relation of steel was divided into elastic stage,elastic-plastic stage and plastic stage,and the stress-strain relation of different stages was analyzed.Finally,the beam section was divided into several rectangular blocks,the curvature of the reinforced beam section was calculated according to the assumption of the flat section,and the total bending moment was obtained by the integral method,and then the influence model of the internal residual stress on the bearing capacity was constructed.The results show that the influence of residual stress on high-strength H-shaped steel beam and column is most obvious at both ends of the flange,and the increase of residual stress leads to the decrease of the bearing capacity of H-shaped steel column.The greater the residual stress,the more obvious the reduction of bearing capacity.
