摘要
劳模精神是中国特色社会主义先进文化的重要内容,蕴含着丰富的教育资源和时代价值,是“大思政课”建设的重要资源。劳模精神融入“大思政课”建设的关键在于厘清劳模精神价值认同的教育理念,形成长效机制。贯穿“开学—毕业”全学段、“课内—课外”全方位、“理论—实践”全体验的“劳模+思政课”的实践路径是建立健全长效机制的有力探索。
The spirit of model worker is an important content of advanced socialist culture with Chinese characteristics,which contains rich educational value and times value,and is an important resource for the construction of“great ideological and political course”.The key to integrate the spirit of model workers into the construction of“big ideological and political course”lies in clarifying the educational rationalization of the spirit value recognition of model workers and forming a long-term operation mechanism.Through practice,we have explored and formed the practice path of“model worker+Ideological and political course”which runs through the whole period of“beginning-graduation”,the full range of“inclass-extra-class”and the full experience of“theory-practice”.
