摘要
数据作为一种新型的生产要素,在推动数智化时代公共图书馆服务转型方面具有重要意义。文章通过分析公共图书馆数智化服务中数据价值实现的理论基础和实现逻辑,探讨其内在机理,并研究公共图书馆数据价值实现的意义,指出公共图书馆需要通过建立健全数据基础制度、优化数据治理体系、开展数据安全隐私治理等举措实现数据价值,助推公共图书馆服务转型。
As a new type of production factor,data is of great significance in promoting the transformation of public library services in the era of digital intelligence.This paper analyzes the theoretical basis and realization logic of data value realization in digital intelligence services of public libraries,discusses its internal mechanism,and studies the significance of data value realization in public libraries.It points out that public libraries need to realize data value by establishing and improving data basic system,optimizing data governance system,and carrying out data security and privacy governance,so as to promote the transformation of public library services.
