摘要
针对煤矿辅运车辆车载发电机调节器输出电压波动范围大,过压、过流及短路不保护等问题,采用QC理论和方法,通过软件仿真建模,将发电机调节器壳体、功能进行融合设计,节省了布置空间,提高了供电质量,有效解决了国Ⅲ电喷柴油机及智能化装置的用电需求,保证整车稳定运行。
Aiming at the problems of large output voltage fluctuation range of on-board generator regulator for coal mine auxiliary vehicles,over-voltage,over-current and short-circuit protection,etc.,adopting the QC theory and method,and through the software simulation modelling,the generator regulator shell and function are integrated and designed,which saves the layout space and improves the quality of the power supply,and effectively solves the power demand of National III EFI diesel engine and intelligent devices,and ensures the stable operation of the whole vehicle.
