摘要
煤矿生产中,粉尘是影响安全的重要因素,为了减少掘进产生的粉尘,对掘进机内喷泡沫降尘的工艺进行了分析,通过掘进机现场工作原理验证了内喷泡沫降尘的可行性;设计了水射流吸液装置与发泡装置,通过正交计算法分别确定了两者的重要参数;最终通过与某公司开展联合仿真实验,确定了装置使用的最佳参数,验证了掘进机内喷泡沫高效降尘技术的可行性与高效性,为后续研究奠定了理论与实验基础。
In coal mine production,dust is an important factor affecting safety,in order to reduce the dust generated by digging,the process of spraying foam inside the roadheader to reduce dust was analysed,and the feasibility of spraying foam inside the roadheader to reduce dust was verified through the working principle of the roadheader;the water jet suction device and foaming device were designed,and the important parameters of the two devices were determined through the orthogonal calculation method;the optimal parameters of the device were determined by carrying out a joint simulation experiment with a company,which verified the efficiency and efficiency of spraying foam inside the roadheader.Finally,through the joint simulation experiment with a company,the optimal parameters of the device were determined,and the feasibility and efficiency of the efficient dust reduction technology of internal spray foam in the roadheader were verified,laying a theoretical and experimental foundation for the subsequent research.
