摘要
目的观察电生理适宜技术治疗ⅢB型慢性前列腺炎(chronic prostatitis,CP)的临床疗效,为电生理适宜技术在男科疾病诊治中的应用提供临床数据。方法通过自身配对前后对照方法研究2021年12月至2022年11月在柳州市柳铁中心医院男科行电生理适宜技术治疗的ⅢB型慢性前列腺炎患者,根据纳入和排除标准共收集31例。所有研究对象治疗前后分别行可视化精准电生理诊断(visual and accurate electrophysiological diagnosis,VAED)及填写慢性前列腺炎症状指数(NIH-CPSI)评分、慢性前列腺炎症状严重程度(CP/CPSI)评分表、国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)及焦虑症筛查量表(GAD-7),观察临床疗效。结果治疗后NIH-CPSI评分、CP/CPSI评分、IPSS评分、GAD-7评分均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。VAED扫描后热像图(TMT)显示腹股沟最低温度、腹股沟平均温度均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论电生理适宜技术治疗ⅢB型慢性前列腺炎安全、疗效肯定,可显著改善患者疼痛、焦虑症状,提高生活质量。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of electrophysiological therapy in the treatment of typeⅢB chronic prostatitis(CP),and to provide clinical data for the application of electrophysiological technology in the diagnosis and treatment of male diseases.Methods This study utilized a self-matched pre-post comparison design to evaluate 31 patients with typeⅢB chronic prostatitis who underwent electrophysiological therapy in the Department of Andrology,Liuzhou Municipal Liutie Central Hospital from December 2021 to November 2022.Patients were selected based on specific inclusion and exclusion criteria.All participants underwent visual and accurate electrophysiological diagnosis(VAED)and completed several clinical assessments,including the National Institutes of Health Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Index(NIH-CPSI),the severity score for chronic prostatitis symptoms(CP/CPSI),the International Prostate Symptom Score(IPSS),and the Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7(GAD-7)questionnaire,both before and after treatment.Results After treatment,patients exhibited significant improvements in NIH-CPSI,CP/CPSI,IPSS,and GAD-7 scores.Thermographic(TMT)scans using VAED also revealed statistically significant reductions in both the minimum and mean inguinal temperatures compared to pre-treatment levels(all P<0.05).Conclusion Electrophysiological therapy is a safe and effective treatment for typeⅢB chronic prostatitis.It significantly reduces pain and anxiety symptoms in patients,thereby improving their quality of life.
