基于生态系统服务供需关系和土地利用程度耦合的生态分区识别与管理——以滦河流域为例

摘要 基于生态系统服务供需关系与土地利用结构的耦合关系进行生态分区,并提出相应的差异化管理策略,有利于区域的可持续发展。以滦河流域为例,在乡镇尺度上评估关键生态系统服务供需格局和匹配关系,量化各土地利用类型的供需特征,基于Z-score标准化后的生态系统服务综合供需比和土地利用程度综合指数,采用象限法进行生态分区,并模拟2030年不同土地利用发展情景下的分区格局变化。结果表明:1)生态系统服务供需空间分异明显,林地和草地具有较高的供给量,供需关系空间分布较为均匀,耕地和建设用地需求量较高,供需关系空间分布差异较大;2)流域供需关系整体呈现供大于求,以高-高集聚和低-低集聚为主,各地类中,林地的供需盈余最大且空间分布较为均匀,建设用地和耕地的供需亏损且空间分布差异较大;3)将流域划分为4个生态分区,情景模拟表明,合理的生态保护有助于生态系统供需盈余的提升和土地利用结构的改善,盲目的经济发展将加剧人地矛盾和供需亏损;4)充分考虑各分区自然社会特征,提出差异化分区发展策略和生态保护措施,有利于实现区域生态与经济的协调发展。研究结果揭示生态系统服务供需关系与土地利用结构的协调状态,为滦河流域生态管理提供新的思路。 Ecological zoning is carried out based on the coupled relationship between ecosystem service quality and land use structure,and corresponding differential management strategies are proposed to facilitate regional sustainable development.Here,taking the Luan River Basin as an example,the critical spatial patterns and matching relationships of ecosystem service supply and demand are evaluated at the township scale.The supply and demand characteristics of various land use types are quantified.Based on the Z-score standardized comprehensive supply-demand ratio of ecosystem services and the comprehensive land use intensity index,ecological zoning is carried out using the quadrant method,and the changes in zoning patterns under different land use development scenarios for 2030 are simulated.The results indicate that:1)there is significant spatial differentiation in the supply and demand of ecosystem services.Forests and grasslands have high supply levels,with a uniform spatial distribution of supply-demand relationships.Croplands and built-up areas have high demand levels,with significant spatial differences in supply-demand relationships.2)The overall supply-demand relationship in the watershed shows an oversupply pattern,mainly characterized by the high-high and low-low agglomeration.Among different categories,woodlands have the largest supply-demand surplus and relatively uniform spatial distribution,while construction and arable lands have losses and significant spatial distribution differences.3)The basin is divided into four ecological zones,and scenario simulations suggest that rational ecological protection contributes to an increase in the surplus of ecosystem service supply and an improvement in land use structure.Blind economic development will exacerbate conflicts between people and the environment and supply-demand deficits.4)By considering the natural and social characteristics of each zone,differentiated zoning development strategies and ecological protection measures are proposed,facilitating the harmon
