输气管道穿越小作河渡槽安全分析

摘要 现状小作河渡槽为矩形单槽结构,河槽下部结构为桩柱一体式支撑结构,灌注桩深入弱风化岩1 m,地面以下5 m均为卵石。新建鹿泉—井陉输气管道一次穿越渡槽,采用顶管方式在基础灌注桩之间卵石层穿过。从穿越水平距离、埋深等方面进行分析论证,经计算冲刷深度2.68 m,管顶埋深、管壁间距均满足规范要求,穿越方案合理。 The current situation of Xiaozuo River Aqueduct is a rectangular single channel structure,and the lower structure of the river channel is a pile column integrated support structure.The cast-in-place piles penetrate 1m deep into the weakly weathered rock,and 5m below the ground is composed of pebbles.The newly-built Luquan to Jingxing gas pipeline crosses the aqueduct in one go,using the top-down method to pass through the gravel layer between the foundation cast-in-place piles.From the aspects of horizontal distance and burial depth,it is analyzed and demonstrated that the calculated scouring depth is 2.68m,and the burial depth of the pipe top and the spacing between the pipe walls meet the requirements of the specifications.The crossing plan is reasonable.
