摘要
随着新时代中国特色社会主义现代化建设的推进,文明实践成为社会发展的重要方面。基层公共图书馆作为基层重要的公共文化设施,承担着丰富群众精神文化生活、提高群众文化文明素养、促进社区和谐发展等多重功能。该文通过分析基层公共图书馆在终身学习、思想教育、文化传播和公共交流等方面的作用,揭示其在新时代文明实践中的重要性。结合相关法规政策文件和实践案例,提出阵地共建、资源共享、品牌共创、联动宣传等路径,实现基层公共图书馆赋能新时代文明实践的方式。研究表明,基层公共图书馆作为社会主义公共文化服务体系的重要组成部分,在推动社会教育、培育主流价值观、丰富群众文化生活和促进社会和谐稳定等方面发挥着重要作用。
With the advancement of the modernization of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,civilized practice has become an important aspect of social development.As an essential public cultural facility at the grassroots level,the grassroots public library undertakes multiple functions such as enriching the spiritual and cultural life of the masses,improving the cultural and civilized literacy of the people,and promoting the harmonious development of communities.This article analyzes the role of grassroots public libraries in lifelong learning,ideological education,cultural dissemination,and public communication,highlighting their importance in the new era civilized practice.By combining relevant laws,policies,and practical cases,pathways such as joint construction,resource sharing,brand creation,and coordinated promotion are proposed to empower grassroots public libraries in the new era civilized practice.The study demonstrates that grassroots public libraries,as a crucial component of socialist public cultural service system,play a significant role in promoting social education,fostering mainstream values,enriching cultural life,and promoting social harmony and stability.
