家教家风推动大学生积极就业价值取向形成研究

摘要 随着我国经济的快速发展,大学生就业问题日益引起社会广泛关注。该文旨在探讨家教家风与大学生积极就业价值取向形成之间的关系,为提升大学生的价值观教育提供实证依据,为高校家教家风建设提供理论参考。该文采用问卷调查的方式,选择湖南省内5所高校的学生进行调查,以研究家教家风和大学生积极就业价值取向形成的关系。运用统计学方法对调查数据进行分析,发现:家教家风对大学生积极就业价值取向形成有巨大的影响,主要基于个人与家庭、家教家风与学校、家教家风与社会主义核心价值观、家教家风与国家社会之间的紧密联系而发生作用,从而推动大学生积极就业价值取向的形成,适应就业市场的需求。因此,推进家教家风建设,弘扬社会进步之风,对提升大学生的就业价值取向与社会价值有着重要的作用。 With the rapid development of China's economy,the issue of employment for college students has increasingly attracted widespread attention from society.The purpose of this article is to explore the relationship between family traditions in private tutoring and the formation of positive employment values among college students,providing empirical evidence for enhancing the values education of college students and theoretical references for the construction of family traditions in private tutoring in universities.This article adopts a questionnaire survey method to select students from five universities in Hunan Province for investigation,in order to study the relationship between home tutoring style and the formation of positive employment value orientation among college students.By using statistical methods to analyze survey data,it was found that family upbringing has a huge impact on the formation of positive employment values among college students,mainly based on the close connections between individuals and families,family upbringing and schools,family upbringing and socialist core values,and family upbringing and the national society.This promotes the formation of positive employment values among college students and adapts to the needs of the job market.Therefore,promoting the construction of family education and promoting the trend of social progress plays an important role in enhancing the employment value orientation and social value of college students.
