摘要
目的利用灵敏的红外传感器取代电容传感器并用于孔板嗅觉测试仪,建立小鼠嗅觉分辨、识别、空间记忆、偏好实验方法,以检验孔板嗅觉测试仪检测小鼠嗅觉功能的稳定性。方法分别采用习惯/去习惯行为测试、嗅觉空间记忆测试、丙酸嗅觉阈值测试和嗅觉偏好检测正常C57 BL/6J小鼠的嗅觉功能。结果C57 BL/6J小鼠具有嗅觉辨别、嗅觉线索关联的空间记忆能力,对丙酸的嗅觉阈值为10^(-3)kPa,对香叶醇的偏好度最高,对左旋香芹酮的偏好度最低。结论本研究使用的孔板嗅觉测试仪能够满足小鼠嗅觉的辨别、识别、学习记忆以及偏好性等嗅觉行为学实验需求。
Objective To establish experimental methods of olfactory discrimination,recognition,spatial memory and preference in mice by using sensitive infrared sensors instead of capacitive sensors and using them in the odorized hole-board test instrument in order to test the stability of the olfactory functions of mice studied by the instrument.Methods Habituation/dishabituation test,olfactory spatial memory test,propionic acid olfactory threshold test and olfactory preference test were used to evaluate the olfactory function of normal C57 BL/6J mice.Results C57 BL/6J mice were capable of olfactory discrimination and spatial memory of olfactory cue association.The olfactory threshold for propionic acid was 10^(-3) kPa,and the preference for geraniol the highest,while the preference for L-carvone the lowest.Conclusion The infrared-based odorized hole-board test instrument used in this study can satisfy the requirements of olfactory behavior experiments such as discrimination,recognition,learning and memory,and preference of mice.
