摘要
随着数字化技术的不断进步及其应用范围的不断延伸,数字经济成为助推绿色经济转型的新引擎,为提升绿色经济效率注入新动能。基于我国30个省份2011—2021年的面板数据,运用熵值法计算数字经济发展水平,借助Super SBM-DEA模型测度绿色经济效率,构建双向固定效应模型、中介效应模型、门槛效应模型,多角度实证分析数字经济对绿色经济效率的影响及作用机制,并进一步构建空间计量模型探讨其空间溢出效应。研究发现:数字经济可显著提升绿色经济效率,且该影响存在区域异质性;加强绿色技术创新是数字经济提升绿色经济效率的重要机制,且随着数字经济的发展和研发强度的提升,数字经济对绿色经济效率的影响存在边际递增效应;数字经济可通过空间溢出效应提升邻近地区的绿色经济效率。基于上述结论,从发挥数字经济引擎作用、培育绿色技术创新能力、加大研发投入以及加强区域联动等方面提出建议,以期实现经济效益和生态效益的双赢,提升绿色经济效率。
With the progress of digital technology and the continuous extension of the application scope,the digital economy has become a new engine to boost the transformation of the green economy and inject new momentum to enhance green economy efficiency.Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2011 to 2021,this paper uses the entropy method to calculate the development level of the digital economy,and adopts the Super SBM-DEA model to measure green economy efficiency.Through constructing two-way fixed effect model,mediation effect model,and threshold effect model,the influence and mechanism of the digital economy on green economy efficiency are empirically analyzed from multiple perspectives,and the spatial econometric model is further constructed to discuss its spatial spillover effect.The study finds that the digital economy can significantly improve green economy efficiency and there is regional heterogeneity in this influence.Strengthening green technology innovation is an important mechanism for the digital economy to enhance green economy efficiency.With the development of the digital economy and the enhancement of research and development intensity,there is a marginal increasing effect of the impact of the digital economy on green economy efficiency.Besides,there is a positive spatial spillover effect of the impact of the digital economy on green economy efficiency.Based on the above conclusions,this paper puts forward suggestions from the aspects of playing the role of digital economy engine,cultivating green technology innovation ability,increasing R&D investment,and strengthening regional linkage,to achieve a win-win situation of economic and ecological benefits and improve green economy efficiency.
