摘要
[目的/意义]阐释中国经济高速增长的表现需要深刻理解国家在生产力演化的关键作用。本文在国家发展动力的视角下尝试探索国家与生产力演化的理论关系。[方法/过程]本文基于系统的文献梳理,提出动力源、施力者、着力点、发力量、动力性是探索生产力演化的核心维度,并且是国家发挥作用的重要渠道。此外,本文进行了中国经济高增长的生产力演化分析。[结果/结论]中国已进入国家发展动力转型升级的全新阶段,应在战略层面坚持发展的全面性、现代性、文明性,从而实现生产力的高质量发展。
[Purpose/Significance]Explaining the performance of China’s high-speed economic growth requires a deep understanding of the key role of the state in the evolution of productive force.This paper aims to investigate the theoretical relationship between the state and the evolution of productive force from the perspective of national development dynamics.[Method/Process]Based on a systematic literature review,this paper proposes that the core dimensions for exploring the evolution of productive force are power sources,force actors,focus points,force levels,and power property,which are also important channels for the state to play a role.Furthermore,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the productive capacity evolution of China’s high-speed economic growth.[Result/Conclusion]China has entered a new stage of transformation and upgrading in national development dynamics,and should adhere to the comprehensiveness,modernity,and civilization in development at the strategic level to achieve high-quality development of productive forces.
