摘要
目的:探讨一次性口服葡萄糖酸钙在机采血小板献血者中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1月—2024年7月于山东省血液中心进行机采血小板的献血者100名作为研究样本,通过随机数字表法分为对照组(n=50)、观察组(n=50)。观察组献血者在机采血小板前一次性口服葡萄糖酸钙10 mL,对照组献血者在机采血小板过程中少量多次口服葡萄糖酸钙。比较两组献血者机采血小板前后血清甲状旁腺激素、钙离子、磷离子水平以及献血不良反应发生情况。结果:采血前,两组血清甲状旁腺激素、钙离子、磷离子水平比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。采血后,两组血清甲状旁腺激素水平升高(P<0.05),钙离子、磷离子水平变化不大(P>0.05);两组间血清甲状旁腺激素、钙离子、磷离子水平对比,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。观察组献血不良反应轻于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:机采血小板献血者采血前一次性口服葡萄糖酸钙有助于控制血清甲状旁腺激素水平大幅度波动,并且能够预防献血不良反应的发生。
Objective:To investigate the application effect of one-time oral calcium gluconate in machine-collected platelet donors.Methods:A total of one hundred blood donors who underwent mechanical platelet collection in Shandong Blood Center from January 2023 to July 2024 were selected as study samples and divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50)by random number table method.Blood donors in the observation group were given 10 mL of calcium gluconate orally at one time before machine platelet collection,while blood donors in the control group were given a small amount of calcium gluconate orally several times during machine platelet collection.The levels of serum parathyroid hormone,calcium ion and phosphorus ion and the occurrence of blood donation adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:Before blood collection,there were no significant differences in serum parathyroid hormone,calcium ion and phosphorus ion levels between the two groups(P>0.05);after blood collection,the levels of serum parathyroid hormone increased(P<0.05),but the levels of calcium ion and phosphorus ion had little change(P>0.05);there were no statistical differences in serum parathyroid hormone,calcium ion and phosphorus ion levels between the two groups(P>0.05);the ADR of blood donation in observation group was less than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Oral administration of calcium gluconate before blood collection can help control the fluctuation of serum parathyroid hormone level and prevent the occurrence of adverse reactions of blood donation.
