人群感知视角下的城市沿街绿道选线方法研究 被引量:1

An Alignment Method of Urban Greenways along Streets from the Perspective of Human Perception

摘要 城市沿街绿道建设对于城市高密度环境改善与居民生活品质提升具有显著作用。当前,城市沿街绿道多以道路与居住区、公共绿地之间空间关系等因素为基准开展选线,缺乏对街道空间品质、居民感知等多维度因素的系统化考虑。本研究从城市感知视角出发,利用街景图像分割技术、空间分析方法等,选取居民对路网的多维感知特征以及道路与公共服务设施空间位置关系特征,构建沿街绿道潜力评价指标体系,形成沿街绿道选线方法。本研究以长沙市主城区为实证案例,研究结果表明:(1)长沙市绿道潜力在城市边缘区域呈现高值集聚,核心区域呈现低值集聚特征;(2)结合绿道潜力和连通性,选取出19条新增绿道,构建市域—社区2级连续型城市沿街绿道网络体系,以改善现有绿道的公平性以及与城市生态系统服务能力。 The construction of urban greenways has a significant effect on the improvement of urban high-density environment and the quality of life of residents.Currently,urban street greenways are mostly planned based on the spatial relationship between the roads and the residential areas/public green spaces,lacking systematic consideration of multi-dimensional factors such as spatial quality of streets and residents'perception.From the perspective of urban perception,herein,we utilized streetscape image segmentation,spatial analysis and other methods to extract residents'multi-dimensional perception features of roads as well as features of the spatial relationship between the roads and the public service facilities.By comprehensively considering these features,this study constructed an evaluation index system for the potential of greenways along streets and proposed an alignment method of alongstreet greenways in the urban area.The main urban area of Changsha city was used as an empirical case,and the results showed as follows.1)Changsha city's greenway potential exhibited high-value agglomeration in the urban fringe areas and low-value agglomeration characteristics in the core areas.2)Combining the greenway potential and connectivity,we extracted 19 new greenways and constructed a city-community two-level continuous urban alongstreet greenway network system to improve the fairness of the existing greenways and urban ecosystem service capacity.
