摘要
目的探究罗森塔尔护理模式对乳腺癌化疗患者的干预效果.方法选择2022年12月-2023年12月期间在我院行化疗方式治疗的乳腺癌患者94例,按照随机数字表法将其分为例数相同的两组,对照组(47例)实施常规护理措施,观察组(47例)则实施罗森塔尔护理措施.以SF-36(生活质量)量表为基准,比较两组生活质量数据.结果干预前两组乳腺癌患者的SF-36数据无明显差异(P>0.05);干预后两组患者的SF-36量表各项数据均较干预前提升显著,观察组患者的SF-36量表各项数据均较对照组高,组间差异显著(P<0.05).结论对行化疗方式治疗的乳腺癌患者实施罗森塔尔护理模式,有助于其生活质量的提升,值得临床借鉴.
Objective To explore the effect of Rosenthal nursing model on the intervention effect of patients with breast cancer chemotherapy.Methods A total of 94 breast cancer patients treated with chemotherapy in our hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into two groups with the same number of cases according to digital expression method.The control group(47 cases)received routine nursing measures,while the observation group(47 cases)received Rosenthal nursing measures.Two groups of quality of life data were compared with SF-36(Quality of Life)scale.Results There was no difference in SF-36 data between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the SF-36 scale data of the two groups were significantly improved compared with that before intervention,and the SF-36 scale data of the observation group were significantly improved compared with the control group,with differences between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of Rosenthal nursing model for breast cancer patients treated with chemotherapy is helpful to improve their quality of life,which is worthy of clinical reference.
