摘要
四八宴席是流行于山东省泰安市宁阳县乡饮乡的一种民间宴席,具有以小见大,将当地社会秩序与礼仪迅速呈现给局外者的功能。一方面,宴席构筑起当地人对秩序与礼仪的心理认同,成为秩序与礼仪合理化的阵地;另一方面,宴席又促使秩序和礼仪与时俱进,是礼化于俗的重要机制。因此,四八宴席既是当地社会生活的缩影,亦是社会秩序与礼仪的时代注脚。文章以四八宴席为切入点,分析宴席呈现出的性别差异、身份地位、长幼尊卑以及宾主之道等方面的社会秩序与礼仪文化,并关注其社会发展。
“Si-ba”is a popular folk banquet in Xiangyin Town,Shandong Province.It has the magic power of showing big things through small ones and quickly presenting the local social order and etiquette to the outsiders.On the one hand,banquets build local psychological recognition of order and etiquette and become the rationalization of order and etiquette;on the other hand,banquets enable order and etiquette to advance with the times,which is an important mechanism for etiquette to be embodied in customs.Therefore,the banquet is not only the epitome of local social life,but also the contemporary footnote of social order and etiquette.The article employs“Si-ba”banquets as a point of departure to examine the social order and ceremonial culture of the banquet in relation to gender differences,status,seniority,and inferiority,as well as the ways guests and hosts behave.It also considers the banquets social evolution.
