重晶石重密度抗辐射混凝土制备及其大体积结构施工技术

摘要 为探究大体积重晶石重密度抗辐射混凝土制备与施工技术,以西安国际医学中心质子中心项目作为工程实例,通过混凝土配合比试配试验,建立了超高密度重晶石混凝土原材料中水泥、骨料、铁质骨料、外加剂、粉煤灰与矿粉及拌合水的控制原则。同时通过分层浇筑以及施工缝的布置设计,合理规划了大体积重密度抗辐射混凝土的结构施工工序,并通过后期混凝土水化热的温度监测方法,得到了此类抗辐射混凝土的温度变化曲线,验证了施工方案的可行性。根据现场施工情况与试验数据,得到超高密度重晶石混凝土的原材控制措施以及混凝土配合比设计原则,明确此类抗辐射混凝土的施工参数与施工工艺以及对应的混凝土抗裂养护措施。通过对大体积混凝土的温度监测得出此类抗辐射混凝土的水化热温度变化特征,总结控制了水化热的施工与养护经验。 To explore the preparation and construction technology of large-volume barite heavy-density anti-radiation concrete,taking the Proton Therapy Center Project of Xi’an International Medical Center Hospital as an example,the control principles of cement,aggregate,iron aggregate,admixture,coal fly ash,mineral powder and mixed water in the raw materials of ultra-high density barite concrete are established through the test of concrete mix proportion.Meanwhile,through the layered pouring and the layout design of construction joints,the structural construction process of large-volume and heavy-density radiation-resistant concrete is reasonably planned,and the temperature change curve of this kind of radiation-resistant concrete is obtained through the temperature monitoring method of concrete hydration heat in the later stage,which verifies the feasibility of the construction scheme.According to the on-site construction situation and experimental data,the raw material control measures of ultra-high density barite concrete and the design principle of concrete mix ratio were obtained,and the construction parameters and construction technology of such anti-radiation concrete and the corresponding concrete crack resistance maintenance measures were clarified.Through the temperature monitoring of mass concrete,the temperature variation characteristics of the hydration heat of such anti-radiation concrete were obtained,and the construction and maintenance experience of controlling hydration heat has been summarized.
