摘要
目前,基坑降水截水工程大多采用挡土桩、土钉墙、钻孔开挖等方法,这些常规方法施工周期长,经济性差,质量保证困难。以某产业园区工程为例,对工程地质条件、目标要求进行分析,采用坑中坑局部钻井降水、卸压及带底钢箱+混凝土壁沉箱的新型截水技术。该技术能够合理解决项目水位降深不足且有沙涌的问题,实现了目标要求,可为类似工程提供借鉴。
At present,retaining pile,soil nailing wall,drilling and excavation methods are used in most dewatering projects of foundation pit.These conventional methods have long construction period,poor economy and difficult quality assurance.Through taking an industrial park project as an example,the study analyzes the engineering geological conditions and target requirements,and conducts the new water intercepting technology of local drilling in pit,pressure relief and steel box with bottom and concrete caisson.This technology can reasonably solve the problem that the water level of the project is not deep enough.There is the problem of sand swell.This can provide reference for similar projects.
