摘要
连续梁作为目前应用最广、种类最丰富的桥梁类型对应的施工方式多种多样。盘扣架与梁柱式支架的组合方式适用于各类现浇桥梁,也适用于变高度连续梁的施工。对于上跨既有建筑的变高度连续梁和下部建筑有限高要求时应合理选择支架材料。为适应新建铁路线上跨既有市政道路(48+80+48)m连续梁限高要求提出了一种创新的施工方法,利用混合支架体系,结合盘扣式支架与型钢钢管支架,取代传统的梁柱式支架的贝雷梁。利用有限元分析软件Midas/Civil,建立桥梁临时支架计算模型,对桥梁的整体受力状况进行精细模拟,进一步对支架各部分材料的受力特性、材料强度、刚度和稳定性等关键指标进行深入分析,确定了现浇支架的可行性。
As the most widely used and diversified bridge type,corresponding construction methods of continuous beams are diverse.The combination of scaffolding with beam-column supports can be applied to various types of cast-in-place bridges.It is also suitable for the construction of variable height continuous beams.Support materials should be reasonably selected for the continuous beam with variable height across the existing building and the limited height of the lower building.In order to meet the height limit requirements of the new railway line crossing the existing municipal road(48+80+48)m continuous beam,an innovative construction method is proposed.A mixed support system is used.Through combining scaffolding with beam-column supports and steel beams with steel pipes,the traditional beam-column supports are replaced.The study uses finite element analysis software Midas/Civil,establishes a detailed bridge temporary support calculation model,and simulates the overall stress state of the bridge in detail.Furthermore,the study deeply analyzes the stress characteristics of each part of the support materials,material strength,stiffness and stability and other key indicators.Finally,based on these detailed simulations and analysis,the study determines the feasibility of cast-in-place supports.
