摘要
文中总结了营运限制和操船指南的实施方法,针对骑浪/横甩稳性失效模式,基于第二层薄弱性衡准,分别运用Melnikov方法和数值分析方法,求解单自由度纵荡方程和静水中推力与阻力平衡方程得出发生骑浪的临界航速.计算了ITTC A2渔船和ONR内倾船的最大有义波高营运限制、稳性失效临界航速和基于航速航向组合的简化操船指南,得出了相应的限制航行条件比例,提出了能够指导船长进行航线设计与航行操纵的决策建议.
The implementation methods of operation restriction and ship operation guide were summarized,and aiming at the failure mode of wave riding/yaw stability,based on the second layer fragility criterion,Melnikov method and numerical analysis method were used to solve the single-degree-of-freedom heave equation and the balance equation of thrust and resistance in still water,and the critical speed of wave riding was obtained.The maximum meaningful wave height operation limit,critical speed of stability failure and simplified ship operation guide based on speed and heading combination of ITTC A2 fishing boat and ONR tilting boat were calculated,and the corresponding proportion of restricted navigation conditions was obtained,and some decision-making suggestions were put forward to guide the captain in route design and navigation control.
