摘要
老年骨质疏松症是一种常见的代谢性骨病,以生理性骨丢失、骨代谢失衡为特征。它增加了骨折的风险,严重影响人类健康。然而,现阶段用于治疗老年骨质疏松症的双膦酸盐、地诺单抗等药物均具有一定的副作用,因此,迫切需要找到一种新的治疗方案。大量研究表明,诸多中草药在老年骨质疏松症的治疗中发挥效果,且药效温和。故研究者开始将目光聚集在传统中草药上。破骨细胞作为骨吸收细胞,其分化及功能改变与老年骨质疏松症的发生发展密切联系。笔者通过查阅Pubmed数据库,对10种中草药及其活性成分调控破骨细胞分化、改变破骨细胞功能从而达到治疗老年骨质疏松症这一生理过程进行了综述,以期为老年骨质疏松症的研究和治疗提供一些新的思路。
Senile osteoporosis,a commonly occurring metabolic bone disorder characterized by physiological bone loss and metabolic dysregulation,significantly increases the likelihood of fractures,significantly impacting human health.However,current pharmaceutical interventions for treating senile osteoporosis,such as bisphosphonates and denosumab,exhibit certain side effects,necessitating an urgent exploration of new therapeutic approaches.Numerous studies indicate that various traditional Chinese herbal medicines have shown efficacy in the treatment of senile osteoporosis with gentle pharmacological effects.Therefore,researchers have turned their attention to traditional Chinese herbal medicines.Osteoclasts,as bone-resorbing cells,play a crucial role in the occurrence and development of senile osteoporosis s due to their involvement in bone resorption.This article provides a comprehensive review of ten Chinese herbal medicines and their active components,as documented in the PubMed database,focusing on their regulatory effects on osteoclast differentiation and modification of osteoclast function.The objective is to explore novel perspectives for the research and treatment of senile osteoporosis.
