摘要
目的中医护理对提高脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎患者生活质量的效果分析。方法选取龙岩市中医院接受治疗的70例脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎患者为研究对象,均于2021年1月1至12月31日入院,以随机数表法分组。对照组(n=35)患者接受常规护理,观察组(n=35)患者接受中医护理。比较护理效果、疼痛感、生活质量、睡眠质量改善情况以及患者对护理方案满意度。结果护理后,观察组护理总有效率、生活质量、护理总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组疼痛、睡眠质量评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎治疗中,配合中医护理,取得较佳的护理效果,疼痛感明显缓解,患者的生活质量以及睡眠质量均得到有效改善,患者对护理满意度较高,临床应用价值显著。
Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on improving the quality of life of patients with spleen and stomach deficiency cold type chronic gastritis.Methods The research subjects were 70 patients with spleen and stomach deficiency cold type chronic gastritis who received treatment at Longyan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.They were all admitted from January 1 to December 31,2021 and were randomly divided into groups using a random number table method.The control group(n=35)patients received routine care,while the observation group(n=35)patients received traditional Chinese medicine care.Compare the improvement of nursing effectiveness,pain perception,quality of life,sleep quality,and patient satisfaction with nursing plans.Results After nursing,the total effective rate,quality of life,and total nursing satisfaction of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The pain and sleep quality scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of chronic gastritis with spleen and stomach deficiency cold type,combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing,better nursing effects can be achieved,with significant relief of pain,effective improvement in patients'quality of life and sleep quality,high patient satisfaction with nursing,and significant clinical application value.
